Permit Review Timeline

The table below shows the average review time for permits in the last six months. The review time begins when the application is complete with all submittal documents. Weekends and Holidays are included in the review time calculator. Staff's goal is to have all permits reviewed within 21 calendar days. Please note that these are averages are not guaranteed timeframes. To expedite the review process, please ensure your application is complete and that all applicable documents are included with your submittal. Submittal requirements can be found in the table below.
